Erik went beyond to assist us in helping us with the refinance... so much I've referred 2 co-workers to him.
I started the refi process in May and signed in first week in September. I feel like that it took way longer than it should have causing me an additional $400 for 3 months that I could have at least saved for one month.
Everyone I was in contact with was right up on things and kept me well informed and the overall experience was very good you guys have a great team working together.
