Erik was very pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable and proficient. I was able to close with no issues, no repeated requests for documents and no hassle.
Had to pay out of pocket $164 for payoffs that were supposed to be part of the deal! To much hassle about minor home improvements that were never before required!
