Brian and his team were professional knowledgeable and prompt. They communicated information and every step of the process along the way. Even the transfer of information was an extremely simple process through the Guild Mortgage website.
Awesome experience for a first time buyer. Things where simple, streamline and I was walked though every step of the way. Plus, have a 100% guaranteed pre approval was huge when making offers.
