Michael went through the process and explained everything, which made it easier to go through it. Anytime we had questions,he would be there and answered them. Michael was great to work with.
The process was pretty straightforward even though the loan product was one of the more complicated ones. Michael and team were always available to answer questions.
This was a very clear, well managed process and very much appreciated!
