Robert and team are professionals. They are calm and encouraging. Each time they need one information or the other they are respectful in asking you and they show a lot of love in all the process fron beginning to the end of it.

Marty always kept in contact - called when he said he would, or at least within a day if something came up. Communication was critical - and he made sure he dis that.
