I'm not well-versed in the world of mortgages and mortgage speak, but I'm so glad I had Erin to turn to when I decided to look into refinancing my home. She was a fantastic resource and helped guide me through the entire refinancing process....

Great communication, no pressure to buy right away. Very helpful throughout the process of pre-approval, shopping and closing. Made the extra effort to meet face to face with my real estate agent.

Would definitely work with Jim again. He responds quickly and is very knowledgeable.

Fast and easy

We had many questions throughout our refinance process and Tonya was great at responding back right away.

Jim Steel is a very nice Loan Officer. I got the Refinance Rate I was looking for.

Jeff did a great job for us. Provided us several options to work with and was patient when we changed the plan several times. Downloading documents and working with their process was very easy to do. I would recommend them to anyone.
