Stand up team. Really clear and effective communication from him and ann. Made the process super smooth and easy. Also appreciated the fact he showed up to closing. He didnt have to be there. Just a stand up dude. Highly recommend

They were ready to close in 8 days! And the patience and resolve they showed when the seller stalled the closing for weeks.

Brian was super easy to work with. He is very kind, knowledgeable and prompt.

We felt like communication was really good in the beginning, but once other people got involved it went downhill. There were so many last minute requests. We felt like they weren't prepared to close on our house after just sitting around waiting...

Very fast response time and was available beyond normal business hours to ensure action was taken promptly.
