The process was smooth and the staff were informative and helpful. There were a few points of confusion, but that was mostly due to the complexity of the transaction and the many forms involved.

Pam was such a pleasure to work with! She walked us though all the steps and kept us in the loop with any updates. We would recommend her to all our friends/family!
