Luminate Bank - Syosset, NY

My refinance went as smooth as it possibly could. Mark Maimon's team is always professional and encouraging even during the tedious parts of the mortgage process. I would highly recommend them for all of your mortgage needs.

Good info flow from Matt and a great rate.

Matt is absolutely the best as he knows how to think out of the box and get things moving in right direction. We refer alot of business to Matt for these reasons and there is nobody better!

The way the whole process was handled, and knowing exactly what the next step was going to be. Also having Matt always there to explain what needed to be clarified, and keep the process moving forward. Matt was extremely professional.

Once Eric got involved in my loan process, everything exceeded expectations.

Alaina Wyrick was exceptional to work with. She is hard working and conscientious. Eric has produced a great team!

Mr. Bates is well informed and knows his job in my opinion. He has exercised courtesy, care, patience and a vast knowledge of his field. I will undoubtedly recommend him to any of my friends and family. Overall he’s an awesome agent and person....
