Luminate Bank - Syosset, NY

Matt was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us every step of the way through out the whole refinancing process. It was a pleasure working with him!

Brian Bates performs his job very professionally. He was very responsive during the entire process of my Re-Finance. I recommend him highly. Freedom Mortgage is fortunate to have him on their team.

Matt and his team were amazing. we were refinancing our current home and buying a new home at the same time so we had a lot of balls in the air. Matt and his team handled everything effectively and in a timely manner. communication was great...

While the outcome of our refinance was positive, our main issue was inconsistent communication during a very lengthy process.

Danny made this experience great for us. We will recommend him to everyone we hear of looking for a mortgage company.

We had a great experience overall. The team is very professional.

Mark and his team were wonderful and very responsive. The underwriters were off the charts horrific. The process was redundant and delayed which resulted in my having to spend an inordinate amount of time responding to the redundant requests...
