Luminate Bank - Syosset, NY

My loan process was a nightmare. No one returned emails, No one would ever answer the phone when I called. I was asked to submit the same information over and over again. My lawyer and Realtor was very unhappy as well.

The performance and the aptitude make a lot the difference .100

Our closing cost went up almost $3000 few days before the closing because I opened a new credit card to get discounts to purchase a $700 device. Nobody told me that this could happen to me. And also, why would I choose to pay $3000 over $700....

Maura was amazing every step of the way - keeping me well informed throughout the entire process.

great job

Phone call from Maura was unexpected and at the right time. Thanks to Maura this years holiday will be different. I looking forward to do business with her in the future. Can not thank her enough and the Freedom team that assisted. Thank you...

Thank you Eric for your expertise in this transaction and ongoing support.

Eric Shatner may be great the way you went through the process

Very professional, organized throughout the process. I was kept informed of updates regularly and he was very kind and patient with all my questions.

I have worked with Freedom mortgage on two other properties over a 12 year period. This was my first experience with Maura. Overall I have always been very pleased with Freedom mortgage but working with Maura has been a truly wonderful experience....
