Luminate Bank - Syosset, NY

I understand mortgage lenders are swamped right now but it took me 3 months to close and there were a lot of bumps along the way. I had a friend use a different lender around the same time and they were able to close in a month and it was seamless....

Alaina was professional , friendly and did two jobs at once ! Eric was amazing and would use his services again!

I actually had no contact with you, Mark, either by phone or email. Your team the experience great: Gabi Feuer; Jeannie Curtin; and especially Danny Jassen.

Consistency with responses and communication. No appreciation for self-employed customers.

Maura was excellent as was Brian on her team!

The team was great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks!

From start to finish we knew where we were in the process. Thanks for all your good work. You have a great team. Bruce and Vicky

Matt was very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way.

My experience was fantastic, i get what I need and much more. Mrs. Maura is a true professional God bless her always she is the Best.

Despite my having provided all requested info in a timely manner, it took longer than expected to get the green light to close. This meant the interest rate lock had to be extended several times.
