Luminate Bank - Syosset, NY

Timely responses, courteous exchanges and ultimately we were granted the mortgage we needed. The only issue was having to resubmit the same docs over and over because of either software issues or human error.

This is our 2nd time using Matt to purchase our home and he has always been outstanding to work with. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and it shows. He made the entire mortgage process easy and quick. I would definitely recommend him...

They were very informative and kept me updated at all times. Everyone was very responsive & friendly. Freedom Mortgage was referred to me by my Attorney Mark Sambursky.

Mark and his processor Danny were fantastic every step of the way. They gave me the confidence I needed so I didn't ever have to worry about my loan.

When ever I called, my agent was always there to answer my calls

Amazing rate and we were constantly informed as to status of our application.
