Luminate Bank - Little Falls Township Falls N...

Overall the team is excellent. No complaints on the team per say at all. Not sure why the signing docs technology would not work for me but not to worry we did have a work around. Having said that, there are two issues that were concerning...

Keith was wonderful to work with. Any questions that I had he answered right away. I will recommend Keith to all my friends and family.

Fabio is a great lender and it was most pleasurable and smooth working experience together. He is very calm, good communicator and empathetic. As well as very knowledgeable. He always goes beyond to help his customers.

Availability of the team to answer questions and help guide an otherwise complicated process for a buyer.

Very user friendly and not complicated at all.

As always Richie made this an easy process. I have already recommended him to friends and family.

Lee was always helpful, answered all our questions, and was always quick. He is friendly & welcoming, and has been a big help.

What made the experience great was how easy Lee made it. He was always available for me and had an answer for all the questions I had. It’s great working with someone who actually cares!
