Mike did a wonderful job helping us with our construction loan as well as refinancing into a conventional mortgage. Mike was always very responsive to any question we had and kept us up do date on the status of our loan.

Mike was great, the back and forth with underwriting was tedious. After the initial items being asked about it was one thing after another instead of just another list of things. This slowed the process more than it should have.
Smooth as silk from beginning to end. He was always there to answer any of my questions. I would not use anyone else for any real estate financing.
