Great explanations of the loan process.
Mike and his team provided great and thorough TLC from pre-application through to close. Especially for first-time “OTC” construction/mortgage customers. Mike and key team members were repeatedly available for questions.
Mike was easy to work with, had a wealth of experience and provided good advice on my options.
Mike Lindeman made it great. I'm not quite sure why we were asked repeatedly for the same items. Communication amongst staff? It also took 3 months to close which we did not expect.
