The support staff was great. However I didn’t appreciate Mike Lindeman’s condescending attitude. His communication skill are lacking at best.
Carla is very friendly and helpful. She responded to my questions promptly and patiently.
This was my first time doing a construction loan and Mike made it easy to understand the process and made sure we closed on time.

She was very helpful and prompt when we had questions or concerns.
I could reach Mike anytime I had a question and he never made it seem like I was bothering him. He was great to work with and I appreciated his assistance.
