Better communication between him and his staff. Kept getting DocuSign request that had errors in them that took many time to correct. Mainly never meet promised deadlines. This went on for months!
Better communication needed. Support staff seemed inexperienced & unconcerned. Found errors that took weeks to correct. Ended up paying for rate lock when we shouldn't have. We've had several mortgage applications in our lifetime and this one...
