In general , things were fine, but we experienced a lot of pressure to do things and sign documents at the last minute. Jeff did get us a great interest rate on our loan and that was appreciated a lot.
It was great working with Jeff. We appreciated his help and advice with the financial piece of buying our new home.
Jeff took the time to explain anything I had questions on. He was always available & returned my phone calls or emails promptly.
