easy for me to do a lot of the things on line. My wife did most of the uploading of documents and information gathering so she may have a different opinion.

Everything was completed professionally and efficiently.
My only complaint was the lack of timely email responses and confirmations by some on the team, but whenever I did have the time to actually talk by phone, Jon was always there for me!
