As a sellers agent, sometimes the mortgage company doesn’t communicate very well. Josh/Envoy did communicate with me. I appreciated it, and it alleviates seller’s apprehensions concerning buyer’s eligibility for financing qualifications.

I am first-time home buyer. Most communication was through text or email. I felt like I could have been walked through the details over the phone and that would make things less overwhelming.

Jeff was super good about explaining things since this was my first home purchase!
