Nice guy, very helpful!
There was poor communication. After Roger who rocked things everything kinda fell apart a little. No one was really able to clearly explain what was going on and no one seemed to hear what I was saying or asking.
It was nice receiving updates and always knowing what was going on and where I stood during the process.
She explained everything with ease.
