Great, super easy, communicated well, and did everything on a timely basis I had Amy as my loan processor on both loans who did an incredible job. My realtor thought they were above the norm as far as lenders.

With Envoy Mortgage I did a cash out refinance 75% LTV on one of my rentals and a home purchase 463K purchase with 20% down. These guys were great, super easy, communicated well, and did everything on a timely basis. No dragging their feet...
