Some face to face would have been welcomed

Overall a good job. The only room for improvement would be increased communication and double checking details before sending out final documents as I had the incorrect name and address on a few of my forms.

Evan was very helpful during the Home buying process and was very responsive and attentive when asked questions. He helped coach throughout the whole process and I never once felt overwhelmed throughout the Home buying process.

Todd was just as frustrated at us with the KHC process and needs, he assisted us with many things including moving because of the frustrations. Great guy.

Was an amazing experience and was made as little stress as possible.. Great crew!
