Josh is incredible! Sometimes he responds so fast you didn't even realize you clicked "send" on the email he's answering! Josh definitely made the stressful situation of buying a new house incredibly smooth and almost effortless.

Working with Josh was very smooth easy. Everyone at Envoy was courteous, informative, and great at communicating. They helped to make the purchase of my first home as stress free as possible.

Everyone at Envoy was great! I think Josh did a fantastic job as well as Kyle . Josh went over and beyond on multiple occasions throughout my experience purchasing my first home. I don't believe I could have chosen a better Mortgage Company....

Communication was not the best with the envoy team and the process was inconvenient. Should have face to face interaction so questions are answered on time and correctly.
