The willfulness to help if there where any problem though out the loan process.
I had worked with Chris before and it was good to know his work ethic. He did a great job on both mortgage experiences. His Processor, Kimberly, also was excellent!
It was a long process but Phil talked us through it all. He was very friendly and he knows what he is doing.
