Even though I never met Josh face to face, only due to technology and electronic communication, I could tell he cared a lot about my purchase. He and he team were extremely prompt on every part of the process.

Good communication throughout the process. Issues were brought to my attention and solved quickly. They were available whenever I had questions and always provided the answers I needed.
