Overall, services were good. However, there were some issues when working with Jacob surrounding information we received that made things a bit frustrating and extended the entire process. Josh and Maranda were both wonderful, however.
If was a very fast process, Jeff and the team made sure I understood everything 100%. I couldn’t believe how fast my refinance went!
