Vernon is a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, he is thorough, and he makes refinancing as painless as possible. Above all of that, I trust him.

Vernon was not only very communicative but extremely knowledgeable about what is happening in the marketplace and with interest rates, as well as looking out for my best interest as a customer.
