Patty was very quick to respond throughout the process and worked hard to lock in a great rate! Thanks Patty!

Eva and her team at New American Funding were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. Eva was so on too of everything that we were able to close 5 days early on an already quick escrow.

Yoshi assured me many times that the loan and escrow will close smoothly within 30 days, but the loan documents were not ready until the morning of day before escrow closing date. Yoshi made many excuses blaming other parties for the delay...

Being a new experience for us, we were walked through each phase of the process and we appreciate that.

Do not trust New American Funding. They will waste your time and money and harass you for pointless information. They will call and message you at all times of the day. RUN AWAY FROM THEM AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!
