Buying a new home can be a daunting experience. The process can, at times, be somewhat intimidating. Patrick has a way of communicating that makes the buyer feel at ease and answers every question in a fashion that offers reassurance.
Allan was great to work with. I can't believe we did everything electronically and on the phone but we did. Overall it was a breeze. The BoLR web portal was easy to use and they have built-in reminders to help keep things on track.
