Great job with a challenging client! I was moving and most of my papers were lost/ misplaced, incorrect or just a mess. But he got it done!!!

We hadn't applied for a mortgage in 20+ years and the laws had changed. We were overwhelmed with the number of forms we were required to complete. Allan sent very pleasant emails (and reminders!) each step of the process.
