Everything about the process was communicated clearly, we learned a lot and felt we were making an informed decision at each step. No deadlines were unclear and we felt supported throughout the process.
The communication involved during the whole process is what made it great for me. Normally buying a home can be very stressfull but with Derrick a lot of that load was lifted.
Derrick was terrific to work with on this refinance. He was helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. This was more than a job to him and you could tell that he really cared about helping us. Derrick is the best!
