    Our loan process was a little different because we had gone through a deferment period. I understand that everyone’s process is different but I feel we could have been communicated with a little better considering the unique circumstances.

    I was the listing agent for this transaction and it was very refreshing to have the buyer's lender stay on top of things and actually close early. For a government loan no less! That never happens anymore!
