Customer service was a 10 out of 10. They took great care of us through the process of our refinance. Lower rating though because after all the work that was put in they sold our mortgage in 2 weeks to another company.

Kayla is always great to work with! She has tons of knowledge and is very punctual with all correspondences. This is my 2nd time closing a loan with her and Ruoff!
