FAST and easy , we went from "looking" at another house out of curiosity to closed in 23 days ! We didnt even have a pre approval when we looked at the house .

We recently just closed on a refinance with Ruoff Mortgage in Kokomo. Our loan officer Kayla Hudson was great. The whole process went smoothly and she always kept us informed every step of the way. We highly recommend them.
