Furloughed federal worker? "We don't have any forbearance or deferral options for you other than one that will ruin your credit." Was pretty happy with NAF up until this. Would not recommend now.

She answered all my question, guided me through the process, and her wealth of knowledge and understanding was the reason I chose NAF.

Very responsive staff and moved at lightning speed. Required lots of repetitive information but that's pretty standard for any lender.
