Other than Peter, all others we dealt with seemed a range between ambivilant and hostile. The title company didn't do their due diligence in noting an encroachment with our neigbor's property. After that was brought to light by our neighbors...

None of this feedback is directly related to Peter, It's more of an overall summary for me. I felt there wqere WAY too many people involved in the process. it seemed every time i got an email, it involved or added additional people to the process....
