    Jason worked over the weekend to get a pre approval letter on time for submitting a proposal. I just could get that kind of service from a bank.

    Fist of all as a professional, "I don't know answer" are bad service. Second, being asked to resend and sign documents that were already sign, is bad service. Third, the cash out amount was no where close to what I was quoted and discussed....
