    The entire process was pretty easy. Inspections and results outside of the lender's control was all that caused us any issues with our VA refinance.

    Shane was very helpful when we had questions or problems. He is very personable. He always returned phone calls or emails quickly. I always felt he was handling any issues quickly and accurately.
