Jospeh was great to work with and delivered on his word. We started the process for a cash out refinance on Nov 2 and closed on Nov 25. The notary came the Saturday after Thanksgiving to sign the papers. All around, a great experience.
Better communication was the #1 issue. I also thought the way he talked to me was unprofessional. I only tolerated it because we were very far into the refinance process.
Robert was superb during the entire transaction. Robert is straight forward and explains all details. Excellent communication from beginning to end! Would recommend Robert to anyone looking for a new mortgage or refi.
