Robert was always available and i could tell he had our best interest in mind.
I didn't think the communication was where it should be. Jaclyn was very friendly and helpful but at times I had to call multiple times and speak to a manger to get this loan to close.
It was very fast and simple to do
He was patient but persistent and was able to meet my on my schedule and my timing. He gave thorough explanations and they were no surprises, except the appraisal and he couldn't control that.
