Low rate, good communication from Sifa and team, ease of closing at location of my choosing. Only downside was the loan taking quite a long time from application to close, but would use again regardless of the long closing time.

Stephens and New American Funding created a smooth and painless mortgage refinance. They were always responsive and helpful and the process was great.

I appreciated how easy the process was, whenever I had a question it was answered very promptly.
