The clear and timely communication. I didn't feel like I was rushed nor felt like I had to wait for things to get done. Everyone I dealt with was nice and I couldn't have asked for an easier and better experience.
Robert made it great and an easy experience very patient and knowledgeable and willing to explain everything. If it hadn't been for Robert I probably would have gone elsewhere.
