There was a mix up with the document signing that required rescheduling due to the notary not receiving the loan documents. Due to work time constraints, that “hiccup” caused some inconvenience that was unnecessary.
Mike was always there to answer questions and follow up with the information requested. I had a bad mortgage experience a few years back and was micro-managing a bit and Mike took it all in stride.
