Loyd was fantastic. The process overall took much longer than expected and had a few setbacks. But Loyd kept me informed.
David was amazing! He was very patient with me. I lost my job after I started the refinance process. But David told me to call him when I started a new job. Two months later, I started a new job. I called him and we started the process again....
