In today's climate, expectations aren't as high. Expected terms changed which reduced my rating.

Do not work with Stephen or Trevor at New American Funding. They will intentionally try to mislead you. When they were challenged with the facts and asked to resolve the issue they have now gone 2 weeks without providing an update.
