Lack of communication between officers, processors and underwriting. Continually asking for HOA information that was sent multiple times to multiple people. It became very frustrating for the buyer and Hoa.

Took a very long time! Everything was questioned and requestioned unnecessarily. Finally financed then received letter stating it was not financed and I was responsible for all fees incurred for late pay off. Contacted tee Thierry re: letter...
