time it took to process everything was too long, maybe hire more people to help customers with the process time and also if your person processing is out (due to illness or whatever)there should be a backup person to pick up your paperwork.

Though things took a very long time and the process was messy, Dave really made sure to be very communicative and answer most all of my questions through the process. Thank you; Dave!
