There was almost a week in the middle of the process where I had no clue what was going on and nobody responded to my queries which left me feeling very uneasy. Outside of that period, when in contact everything went well.

Is was a very pleasant experience to work with Liz. She was always available to answer any and all questions. She was highly professional.

While my experience was great. I am not great at surveys. And do not consider my experience complete until I receive the payment coupons and can set up an automatic payment system with the new lender. Thanks

It was a pretty smooth process. I feel like the fees have gotten excessive and there was a lot of confusion in the beginning as to those amounts. Overall, we are satisfied and have recommended this institution to others.

Not only was David wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful, but his co-worker, Kimberly O'Dell, made the closing portion of my loan absolutely the easiest. She was right there to answer any questions I had, and was always quick to answer my emails....
